Processing & Orders
We offer shipping to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Europe. If you encounter any issues during checkout, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at orders@olympiadoll.com.
Our standard processing time typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, shipping generally takes an additional 5 to 21 business days.
As a small family-owned business, there may be occasional processing delays, but rest assured, we’re dedicated to promptly fulfilling your orders. Your patience and understanding mean the world to us.
If you have questions about your order status, please check the tracking number provided following your order placement on the email sent. We kindly ask that you refrain from emailing us during the processing and shipping timeframe as your order is likely in progress. Thank you for choosing Olympia Doll. Refunds & Returns
We offer returns and exchanges for items purchased on olympiadoll.com within the first 60 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are applied to the original payment method and are for the purchase price of the item(s), plus applicable sales tax only. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Additionally, limited-time or seasonal items, gift cards, and clearance products are ineligible for returns.
Please send your item(s) packed securely in a sturdy cardboard box and remove any other addresses or barcodes from the box. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information.

Undelivered Orders
If your order tracking status shows ‘Delivered,’ but you haven’t received your order, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Contact the shipping provider immediately for assistance in locating your package.
- If the shipping provider cannot locate your package, please initiate a claim with them as soon as possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
Olympia Doll is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels caused by shipping carriers. While we take utmost care in packaging your items securely, once the package is in the hands of the carrier, its safety is their responsibility.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout to avoid delivery issues. If you have provided an incorrect address, and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the reshipping fees.
